Recipe for beef and pepper soup:
Ingredients (4 servings) :
a quarter pound of beef (you can swap for chicken, goat, lamb, or seafood)
Season 3 teaspoons of pepper soup
4 cups of water (can use beef, chicken, or vegetable broth)
1 cup of chopped onions
2 cups of fresh or frozen vegetables like kale or spinach
2 cups of diced potatoes or yams
A quarter cup of diced peppers (any type you like)
1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions: Cook the beef, chicken, goat, or lamb fully (for seafood, skip this step) and set aside. In a separate saucepan, add water or broth, pepper soup, chopped onions, salt and potatoes. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes (for seafood, cook for 5-10 minutes). Add diced pepper and vegetables and taste like salt (add more if needed). Let simmer for 5 minutes. Best served hot.
