Instructions for use: One sachet (1 tablespoon) is more than enough for 0.5 to 1 kg of fish. It all depends on individual appreciation.
For barbecue and frying: mix one or two sachets (depending on the quantity) with the juice of half a lemon (optional), a drizzle of oil and a little salt. Coat the poison with this fish seasoning marinade then leave to rest for at least half an hour before cooking.
It is also possible to sprinkle the spice powder directly into the notches of the previously salted poison if necessary.
For sauces and broths, add. the fish spice in the middle of cooking.
N.B: The marinating time improves the taste.
