Fresh peanuts from Cameroon
Cooking fresh peanuts is a tradition in the southeastern US country, where peanuts are grown in small gardens and on large farms. It is also enjoyed in India, Cameroon, Nigeria, the Philippines, Indonesia, China and Vietnam.
