\nThe Cameroonian dish Folong, fried with smoked fish, is a delicious mix of different vegetables, all fried in a pan. On the other hand, legumes with beef or shrimp. It goes perfectly with steamed or fried plantains, manioc, manioc stick or yam. In other recipes, pistachio or peanut paste is added to the mixture (pistachio folone, peanut folone).<\/p>\n
