Ingredients for 2 capsules: powder of the aerial part of organic horsetail: 300mg – vegetable capsule HPMC, marine magnesium 55%: 181.82mg, i.e. 26.67% of the AR – organic spirulina powder: 50mg – organic moringa leaf powder: 50mg -zinc citrate: 32.26 mg or 100% of the AR- MSM: 20mg- Seleniomethionine: 12mg- Vitamin B3: 8mg or 50% of the AR- Vitamin B6: 1.4mg or 100% of the AR- Vitamin D: 400 IU or 200% of the AR – Vitamin B8: 0.2 mg or 400% of AR

Zinc and selenium help maintain normal nails. Zinc, selenium and biotin help maintain normal hair.
