Ingredients: Lemongrass from Cameroon

Properties: Lemongrass is not only an aromatic plant, but also a medicinal plant. It has an antispasmodic, antibacterial, calming and relaxing effect. Various pathologies such as indigestion, flu-like illnesses and fever, mental fatigue, joint and rheumatic pain can be treated well with lemongrass. It is also said to help reduce blood sugar levels.

Preparation: For 200 ml of boiling water into a cup with a 2 g tea bag. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

It is preferably drunk hot with a little sugar or honey. This tea can also be used to season sauces or meat.

Comes from the English “Fever”, which means “fever”, and “Grass”, which means “grass”. It is a compound word that qualifies the lemongrass of the grass that cures the fever. Both of the latter have several therapeutic virtues.
