Directions: For grilling: For 1kg of meat: Take 3 bags of SPICY KANKAN, add the lemon juice, a drizzle of oil and a little salt. Pour the marinade over the meat and leave to rest for at least an hour before grilling.
For 1 kg of meat, take 15g of HOT KANKAN spice and 15g of our meat spice. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard. For sauces, stews and broths, add the HOT KANKAN spice at the end of cooking.
Good to know: KANKAN LEGEREMENT PIMENTE is a 100% natural enhancer (based on spices from local Cameroonian agriculture), which can complement all the other spices in the Épices The Chef range, to further enhance more taste.
