Preparation – For barbecue: For 1 kg of meat: Take 3 bags of SLIGHTLY SPICY KANKAN, add the lemon juice, a dash of oil and a pinch of salt. Pour the Kankan Spice Mix Marinade over the meat and let it rest for at least an hour before grilling.
For 1kg of meat, take 15g of LIGHTLY HOT KANKAN seasoning and 15g of our meat seasoning. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard. For sauces, stews and broths, add the LIGHTLY HOT KANKAN seasoning at the end of cooking.
