Nanky Nkui spices: The best tropical flavors of the Cameroon regions | 100% organic without preservatives and additives
Nkui spices are used to prepare a traditional dish from Western Cameroon called Nkui. This dish is cooked when a child is born and served to the mother.
It is a sticky sauce made from the bark of a plant called Triumfetta pentandra and flavored with several spices, which gives it a unique taste.
Served with hot corn couscous, the dish is only eaten by hand.
